Drew Gasser has been building distinctive homes for over 25 years. A lifetime native of Baton Rouge, Drew appreciates the people, unique culture, and the way of living in South Louisiana. After graduating from Catholic High School, Drew pursued his passion for building at Louisiana State University receiving his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
Focusing on custom homes, Drew unlike many speculative builders builds a limited number of custom homes to maintain the customer experience, satisfaction, and quality craftsmanship. Brett LeBlanc – Superintendent of Construction
Mr. Brett LeBlanc has been managing our custom home building and renovation projects for over 13 years. He oversees the daily worksite at each of our projects, coordinating and supervising our subcontractors and vendors to ensure the Thomas quality and craftsmanship standards are maintained. He brings 40 years of construction experience to our company:
- Started in his family’s construction company
- Superintendent, Ocean City, NJ – managed over 150 sheetrock employees
- Self-Employed, Las Vegas – Sheetrock installation
Along with his vast experience and skills in construction, Brett exceeds our company’s core values in honesty, integrity, and attention to detail. Brett is a Baton Rouge native and very passionate about his work and family values, mentoring his son Brandon, who works as his assistant.
